Here's what to expect when joining City Kids for the first time:

First when you walk through the front door, find the area marked "KIDS FIRST TIME CHECK-IN". There, we will meet your family and check your child into our system. All kids will stay with their parents in the main sanctuary during worship. Then your kids will be released into their age appropriate classes! Nursery is available during the whole service.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

• Child's name
• Class they will be attending
• Gender
• Age
• Parent's Phone number (Emergency Contact)
• Parent's Email
• Any special instructions for your children (allergies, special needs, special diet)

Before Service: Please check-in your child at the kids kiosk area. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family. Your child will need to wear their name tag while you hold on to the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the kiosk and show your tag in order for your child to be released to you. Please allow only one adult to pick up your child.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, you will receive a text message sent directly to your emergency contact number. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
